Hi,
I have an HP dv6700 laptop with Windows Vista (64 bit). A couple months ago I completely restored the computer to give it to my sister to use. After re-installing windows I was about to install some programs and the computer went blank and would not power on. I gave up and put it on the shelf. Recently I decided to try again and found a tip to unplug everything, pull out the battery and hold down the power button. This worked. But now my computer has gone blank again and I resurrected it the same way again. Is there some other problem causing this? What can I do so that I don't have to do this reset procedure over and over again?
Please help.
I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
