I understand your concern; and thank you for pointing this out to us.
However, as with any start up, we understand that we are easy targets
for online posters accusing us of all sorts of ploys and of being
fraudsters. We do take criticism seriously and we accept that we have a
few bumps on the road that need to be fixed. But we focus our efforts
more on improving our platform and resolving the current situation
instead of spending our time and resources fighting off these unfounded
online allegations. Still staying in business even after bigger
companies have folded down and continuing to pay our users what is due
to them (albeit with an unfortunate delay at the moment) is our best
defense against these biased accusations.
Thank you once again for your support and we look forward to better
times ahead where we continue to prove our accusers wrong.
