Please keep in mind, YouTube makes an enormous effort to prevent spam, scams and other deceptive activities. The rules may be changed without any special notification. Once, the new rules are available on https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2801973 they start working. We strongly suggest you to double check your channels are fully compliant with the rules and pay attention even to the old materials. A video of 2-3 years old may be a subject to issue a strike as well as a video uploaded yesterday.

Using deceptive previews and descriptions is not okay. If you think deceptive previews help you making more views and revenue it's a big mistake. A special internal YouTube team dedicated to YouTube policies violation is able to discover scam really fast and block your video. This team doesn't search violations manually but applies a special software identifying deceptive activities automatically. Once, you're on a radar all your activities are thoroughly monitored and next violations are discovered much faster. If a thumbnale of your video looks like a sexy girl wearing bikini, it's a signal for spam team to suspect you in the rules violation.

Using tags in video descriptions is not okay either. Ignoring the rules may cause policy strikes, deleting your video and your channel termination.
