IMPORTANT UPDATE: We have discovered a smart way, for all our 'Affiliated' channels, to avoid the low CPM in the first hours while your video is waiting for YouTube approval!!
The trick is that you upload a new video and time the publication 24 hours later through Scheduled Publishing

YouTube will do its checks even though the video has not been published yet and approve it (normally) before the video is actually published.
This ensures that when your video is published on your channel, it has already been approved and it will be monetised to the max immediately.
This publication delay is of course not advisable for videos with 'breaking news' value but for most videos this is a clever way to optimise monetisation even if your channel has 'Affiliated' status!
Your channel currently does not meet the minimum criteria to apply for 'Managed' status.
You need at least 10000 views per day and at least 5000 subscribers.
Once your channel reaches those numbers simply come back to this page and apply.
