During the Term, Machinima will pay you:
Seventy-Five percent (75%) of Net YouTube Revenue;
Fifty percent (50%) of Net Off-YouTube Revenue; and
For sponsorships and brand integrations, an amount to be separately agreed
by you and Machinima on a case-by-case basis.
At the end of each calendar month, Machinima will calculate the aggregate
amount payable to you for that month and send you that amount no later than
forty-five (45) business days following the end of such month. If the total
amount payable to you is less than US$100, Machinima will have the right to
defer payment of such amount until the total amount owed to you is US$100 or
greater.
Machinima shall pay you in U.S. dollars (US$) to your PayPal account or via another
payment method agreed to by you and Machinima. Machinima may elect
to change to a different method of payment; if it does, it will inform you of
such change.
These payment terms are subject to additional terms and conditions that
are contained in the Standard Terms and Conditions, including Section 3
(Payments) thereof.
“Net YouTube Revenue” and “Net Off-YouTube Revenue” are defined in
Section 3.1 and 3.2 of the Standard Terms and Conditions.
