Not easy to explain. We have analyzed all connected channels from Jan 2015 till now. And the most terminated "users" (we found them by their payment accounts) were disconnected with all of their channels (even if their channel can have active status now). It was prevention kick to defend our account of such terminated channels in the future (read about new G. policy starts in september)
[MENTION=14539]Life Network[/MENTION] What about the June terminated channel payments? You are supposed to pay it at the end of this month, is that retracted also? Seriously, if these changes are going to be applied on 1st September, how come they can prevent you to pay for July terminated channel payments? I can understand that if you say, you can't pay anymore for terminated channels after 1st September but now this doesn't really sound realistic.

[MENTION [MENTION=14539]Life Network[/MENTION] there are some channels, which are not terminated, which are not unlinked, however we can not log in to Quiz dashboard (we can login youtube dashboard and see they are not unlinked) and check for earnings. How about those channels?

What happened 'we always paid and will always pay'? You unlinked channels and don't want to pay? What happened June terminated channels? Google has already paid you money for June earnings.. i am really disappointed.

To join with a new channel your channel will have to pass a scoring system (since Sept 1).

I can't understand, why will not you pay June terminated channels? maybe I can understand if you not pay july terminated channel. Moreover you say that will not pay unlinked channels it's not fair. I always trust you. You no longer have any difference other networks.
