Bir süre önce yapmış olduğum bir video çalışmasını alıp direkt kullanan bir kanala telif yolladım (strike). Telif itirazı gönderdiğim kanal 400bin küsür aboneye sahip bir kanal.
Bir kaç gün sonra bu kanal rica ve tehditle göndermiş olduğum telifi geri çekmem için e-posta atıyor. Ben cevap vermedim. Sebebi video'yu tümüyle kullanıyor olması. Yaptığı tam tabiriyle hırsızlık.

I suggest you remove your complaint, in response, I will remove this video from our channel. You understand perfectly well that this video is not your property and you will not be able to prove your authorship for all elements of this video. Screenshots from the game, photos and everything else are not your author's work. I respect you and your creativity, you are good at everything, keep doing even better and develop! Let's not spoil the Christmas mood yourself! In case of your refusal, I will be forced to file a counter-complaint (in this video there are my revisions, you probably didnt see through to the end). In order to answer my complaint, YouTube gives you 30 days to go to court and submit a claim to the developers of YouTube. If you do not send a lawsuit for 30 days to the court, it will have a bad effect on the reputation of your channel! This is not necessary for you and me! Let's stay friends! Akebinde "[email protected]" durumu anlatan bir e-posta attım. YouTube yetkilisi "bu sorunu aranızda çözmelisiniz" minvalinde bir geri dönüş yaptı. Ben tekrar beni tehdit ettiği e-postaları pdf formatında e-postaya ekleyerek yanıt verdim.

Bakalım ne olacak. Ne kadar garip. Bahsini ettiğim MCN dünyanın en büyük kulüplerine hizmet veren büyük bir firma. Nasıl böyle kötüye kullanabiliyorlar anlamış değilim ve YouTube buna nasıl izin veriyor anlayamıyorum.
