Sometimes, while trying to pay out our partners, something goes wrong and the payment won't be transferred properly. This is a very rare occurance though, usually one of the solutions below will explain why you didn't get paid.
1. Your payment wasn't due this month
Our payment system runs with a two month timespan in order to make sure all money will be transferred correctly, securing this takes about two months.

2. The views on your channel are botted views
If you or someone else has been botting (Make computers bots refresh your video) the views on your channel, the views won't be legit. In other words: these videos haven't been watched as much as you think, so the advertisements on your videos haven't been watched either. Sometimes your analytics will still show estimated earnings, this is because these earnings are only an estimation.
3. The content on your channel isn't your content
Often, people upload scenes from tv series or highlights from soccer matches and then try to earn revenue from these videos. In this case, the revenue will also show up in your estimated earnings, but again: these earnings aren't yours. This is because the video isn't yours either. It's not more than reasonable that you need to put effort in your videos in order to earn revenue off of it.
4. Your channel got terminated
We don't get your earnings from YouTube if your channel got terminated before pay day. Sometimes we do have your payment and we will have to pay it back to YouTube, we can't send you this money because it's against YouTube's rules.
Do these solutions don't apply on your channel and you haven't been paid? Don't hesitate to send us an e-mail with a screenshot of your PayPal overview (Proof of not being paid), the months which weren't paid out and of course your Custom ID.
