I just got notice from my provider about "distributing video files (P2P I suppose). Can someone tell me if it's serious?
English is not my first language and since it's written in law-English (the worst kind of English), I don't really know what's going on. Should I worry? Only thing that comes to my mind is downloading movies via uTorrent (my uploading speed is like 2kB/s though, so I don't see how could I possibly contribude to seeding).
Also, would VPN service make my provider (and whoever is this message from) unaware of whatever I'm doing? Which VPN is the best?
