We have spent 3 last days talking to PayPal Support Team to authorize the payments second and third time as PayPal has requested. We apologize it took so much time to resolve the issue. We have a confirmation from PayPal you may use the funds you see in your dashboard in one or two hours.
Unfortunately, we are not able to influence PayPal policies and procedures and difficulties with PayPal may occur in the future. As we have informed you, PayPal internal security system functions based on a specific criteria that are far and away from what we call common sense and regular human logic.
All transactions PayPal treats as high valued may become a subject of suspension and investigation. Potentially, all payments above 100 USD are in a risk zone. Consequently, PayPal limits functionality for both accounts, seller and buyer ones.
If you face such a problem in the future, please be aware of the following important details. PayPal sends an email to seller (i.e. you) and requests full details about transactions (e.g. description of your services). Please, provide information requested. That is a mandatory action to start resolving a dispute.
1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click "Resolution Centre" near the top of the page. 3. Click "Resolve" in the Action column to view the information PayPal needs.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused but PayPal is not going to change its rules. We strongly suggest you to change a payment method and switch to the bank transfer option to avoid a problem with receiving your payment in the future.
