Dear Partner,
We have spent 5 last days talking to PayPal Support Team to authorize
the payments made on Jan 30. That was the reason of your payment
delay. We intended to protect you against having a dispute to PayPal.
PayPal is constantly monitoring all kinds of activities and reviewing
transactions.
Many payments of Jan 30 had been selected for review and PayPal
internal security system had suspected that they were not authorized
by us. No doubts, we had authorized all of them. We saw in our PayPal
dashboard that the current status of such payments were marked as
'Completed'.
Unfortunately, it's usual for PayPal to review and suspect high value
transactions. Public explanation is maintaining high security level
and users fraud protection. Our experience shows it causes a headache
for all parties involved without any logical link to the security
issues. All transactions PayPal treats as high valued may become a
subject of suspension and investigation. Potentially, all payments
above 100 USD are in a risk zone.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused but PayPal is not going to
change its rules. We strongly suggest you to change a payment method
and switch to the bank transfer option to avoid a problem with
receiving your payment in the future.
You may change your payment method in the Profile section of your
dashboard during Feb 5 to receive December payment to your new payment
account.
