PayPal is constantly monitoring all kinds of activities and reviewing transactions.
Your payment had been selected for review and PayPal internal security system had suspected that your payment was not authorized by QuizGroup.
No doubts, we have authorized it. We see in our PayPal dashboard that the current status of your payment is marked as 'Completed' and our PayPal account is debited, i.e. we do not have your funds on our account.
Unfortunately, it's usual for PayPal to review and suspect high value transactions. Public explanation is maintaining high security level and users fraud protection. Our experience shows it causes a headache for all parties involved without any logical link to the security issues. Once, PayPal security system detects a number of high value transactions within a short period of time it starts suspending that payer account is accessed not in a proper way. We have introduced to PayPal all details about our business model and provided detailed explanation about our regular period of massive payments, warned PayPal in advance that many partners have very high revenues in comparison to regular PayPal transactions. It didn't work. Each month we have the same problem due to PayPal security system functions independently, once programmed. Even our PayPal managers are not able to prevent a problem. They know we approve all payments but they have no any power to change security system settings, such are regular and never changed security procedures. Unfortunately, it's a matter of luck to get suspected. PayPal system starts either making occasional choice of payments to suspect or suspects all payments after a certain period of time. Nothing is possible to predict, and it looks for us PayPal engineers are proud of such a super system.
PayPal sends an email to seller (i.e. you) and requests full details about transactions (e.g. description of your services). Please, provide information requested. That is a mandatory action to start resolving a dispute.
Concerning the current issue, we have contacted the PayPal Customer Service Department in order to authorize your payment once again. We have confirmed that the payment is made by us under our known circumstances. We hope that the payment should be delivered to you soon after we have authorized it second time.
We appologize for the inconvenience caused but PayPal is not going to change its rules. We strongly suggest you to change a payment method and switch to the bank transfer option to avoid a problem with receiving your payment in the future.
You may receive payments to your bank account now. You may stay with PayPal as well. It's completely up to you.
Please keep in mind that banks will impose $30 per transaction. It's a flat fee. To our point of view, it's much better to pay this fee and forget about a headache with PayPal. Our Swiss bank maintains the highest level of service and security, much higher than PayPal may even dream, and we have no any problem sending money to our partners. Many partners have already switched to the bank transfers and enjoy receiving money in time.
To change your payment method please submit your application in the Profile section of the QuizGroup dashboard.
Please provide the following details:
Beneficiary name, Beneficiary's address, Account number or IBAN, Beneficiary's bank name, Beneficiary's bank address, SWIFT.
