We have spent 6 last days talking to PayPal Support Team to authorize the payment many times as PayPal has requested. We apologize it took so much time to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we are not able to influence PayPal policies and procedures and difficulties with PayPal may occur in the future. As we have informed you, PayPal internal security system functions based on a specific criteria that are far and away from what we call common sense and regular human logic. All transactions PayPal treats as high valued may become a subject of suspension and investigation. Potentially, all payments above 100 USD are in a risk zone. Consequently, PayPal limits functionality for both accounts, seller and buyer ones.
If PayPal does not close your dispute please issue a full refund for a dispute and we will pay your earnings via bank transfer or WMZ.
Here’s how you may issue a full refund:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Resolution Center.
Select Open Cases from the list and find the transaction.
Click the Case ID in the Case column.
Click Issue a full refund on the case details page.
Issuing a full refund automatically closes a dispute.
Please note that the case must be in the dispute phase or waiting for the seller's response to complete this action. If it is under review, you must contact PayPal to take this action.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused but PayPal is not going to change its rules. We strongly suggest you to change a payment method and switch to the bank transfer/ WMZ option to avoid a problem with receiving your payment in the future.
